Lucky #13

The #13 is not typically lucky, but I sure do think it is.....while we do not celebrate the anniversary of our first date, it just hit me that 13 years has passed by in August!  I’ll never forget our first date (or double date that is) with my bestie Carey and her now hubby Billy.  A very romantic evening of $1 beers at McGee’s and the most memorable part of the night was Scott’s outfit selection of overalls, something all of us involved will never forget. 

Planning an upcoming photoshoot at the Cell, I pulled our our engagement photos for inspiration.  Little did we know at that time what the future would hold for us.  Such wonderful memories and I am so thankful for my rock who supports and shares all of my dreams!

Scott continues to encourage and inspired me each and every day, I am so thankful I have such a wonderful husband and daddy in my life!

Purdue vs. Notre Dame

One of these days I would love to learn how to embroider, but in the meantime I've been having so much fun creating designs on my silhouette and cutting them out on colored heat transfer paper.  

I'm so excited for several mommy-to-be's in my life and I could not resist but to make a baby bump gift for them each and every one  of them!  When I was pregnant I could never find a sporting shirt that I liked.  Given all of the girls and daddy's to be have such team pride….what could be more perfect?

Ironically enough as I made the shirts last week, I completely forgot that Purdue and Notre Dame were playing this weekend!

Superhero friends

Kyleigh went off to school so excited today to celebrate her birthday with a paper crown!  Additionally, another favorite is that she gets to pass along favors to her new friends at school.

Last night we decided a coloring book would be perfect to share with the classroom.  We picked out superhero friends for all of the kids in her class and make a personalized character for all to enjoy.

Can't wait to hear about how her day went today:-)

Baby Liam

Organizing my files and just realized how behind I am on blog posts, I photographed baby Liam back in April!  While I’m playing catch up, I definitely had to share this sweet family!  Thank you for inviting me into your home and allowing me to capture such a special moment in your lives.

Baby Girl Onesie

I'm so luck that regardless of the hours between us (vs. steps) Leslie and I can still work together:-)  Thanks so much for asking me to help design a special onesie for your friends baby shower….hope the mommy to be enjoyed the gift!

Thomas the train

Can't believe a year has gone by!  Cathy, thanks so much for asking me to design and create your son's 2nd Birthday party invitations.  Love the Thomas the Train theme…..hope the invites, banner, favor tags and iron on shirt were a hit!

I remember when we ran into each other in Buy, Buy Baby and I had just had my boys and you were getting ready to have yours.  Gosh I can't believe that was a year ago!
